For specific periods such as trade fairs or group reservations, the reservation conditions may be adapted. Namely possibility of requesting a deposit upon booking and deadline for canceling the balance free of charge according to terms to be agreed with the client<\/p>\n<p>We accept payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank card\u00a0: VISA, MASTERCARD &amp; AMERICAN EXPRESS<\/li>\n<li>ANCV holiday voucher &#8211; you can specify this payment method in the comment for your reservation<\/li>\n<li>Vouchers accepted (good travel agency)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Credit card details are required when booking, as well as an expiration date valid on the date of stay. In the case of bank card details refused by our system or expiration date lower than the date of stay, an email requesting new bank information will be sent. A response will be expected within 24 hours.
